Using Inspiration for Website Design PDF Print E-mail

ImageOften the ideas for developing a terrific website can fall apart  if a plan for how to navigate and build it are not well thought out.

As part of my e-commerce class, our unit on website design and website management focuses on providing students with a chance to understand just what the final series of webpages will look like when they are all put together. To help us with this quest, we use Inspiration Software to brainstorm or develop a simple mind map of what the final site will look like when we're finished.

Right now, the Inspiration website has two versions of the software. First, a trial version is available for easy download and expermentation. In addition, school districts and individuals might be interested in purchasing a license from the company instead. Either way, my suggestion is to use the software at a teacher station and allow students to see how they would like a website to develop. Odds are if they have a chance to participate, they will be more motivated to finish the final project with whatever website creation software you're using. Happy Webmastering Everyone!

Newsflash

Students from E-Commerce who are looking to improve their test scores can do so by using the discussion bulletin board system located at our E-Commerce Discussion Board.

At this online location, simply defend your answers to test questions with evidence and support to justify your position. If it appears that you make a good point I will support your efforts and provide you credit for that test-related question!
